Who are we?

We are Thomas and Simon – Your two-person Rainbowshop.ch team

How did the idea with Rainbowshop.ch come about?

Necessity has made us inventive. Again and again it has happened that we had no suitable dresses for an upcoming Pride, no suitable gift for a rainbow birthday, no rainbow decoration material for a party and in general found very few articles with and around the rainbow, i.e. seen in everyday life.

What are the reasons for shopping with us in the raibowshop.ch?

Communication
The communication channels with us are short, your questions, wishes and suggestions land directly in the mailbox of the two Rainbowshop.ch founders

Assortment
Meanwhile, we are one of the largest rainbow/pride shops in Europe. We have a very diverse and wide range, which is constantly being expanded. Rainbowshop.ch already has over 360 different rainbow articles and we are far from finished with the expansion of our offer.

Pricing Policy
Fair price/performance ratio (Tip: Subscribe to our newsletter and we will also give you generous discount codes from time to time)

Shipping & Returns
We guarantee you a smooth process of your order. Your order will always leave our warehouse the following day (as soon as you have paid). (Exceptions are of course Sundays and public holidays) In addition, shipping is free of charge from a value of 10 Swiss francs (Switzerland) or from a value of 20 euros (EU countries).

Payment Methods
We always strive to adapt our means of payment to your wishes and needs.
Currently you can pay for your order with the following payment methods:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer or postal deposit in EUR (SEPA) or CHF
  • Credit card payment in CHF and EUR
  • Apple Pay in CHF and EUR
  • PayPal payments in CHF and EUR
  • TWINT transfer in CHF
  • Currency conversion into euros and Swiss francs possible

Since when has there been rainbowshop.ch?

In 2017, we had the first thought and started researching, searching and, of course, shopping.
Two years later in 2019, we launched rainbowshop.ch and took the first step into the e-commerce world as a sole proprietorship.
Due to the numerous positive feedback from our environment, our community and from our many happy customers, we have converted our sole proprietorship into a GmbH in 2020.

We hope we were able to take you a little behind the scenes of rainbowshop.ch and wish you a lot of fun browsing, discovering and shopping.
