These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") apply to Rainbowshop.ch (hereinafter: "Shop"), which operates under the company name Rainbow Switzerland Trading Goods GmbH. By visiting and using the shop, you acknowledge the GTC as well as our legal provisions and privacy policy, which are an integral part of these GTC.

The shop's offering may include goods and services. All sales, deliveries and other services are carried out exclusively in accordance with these terms and conditions. Use of the shop is reserved exclusively for natural or legal persons with full legal capacity who wish to order our products for their own use or as a gift for third parties. OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of our range does not represent a binding contractual offer. By placing an order, you are making a binding offer and thereby accepting the applicable terms and conditions. Rainbowshop reserves the right to decide whether to accept this offer. The purchase contract is concluded when the customer places an order in the shop and Rainbowshop accepts it. The prices listed in the shop on the day of the order apply. Rainbowshop employees are not authorized to verbally agree to different conditions or to give assurances. If information about an item in the range was incorrect, Rainbowshop will make you a counter offer, which you are free to accept.

DELIVERY AREA

The delivery area is limited to Europe. We guarantee you a 100% confidential delivery. You will receive your order from rainbowshop.ch absolutely discreetly and no personal data will be visible on your order, so your privacy is protected.

DELIVERY TERMS

The ordered goods will be delivered by post or delivery service. Please note that the delivery of packages usually takes longer before public holidays. Rainbowshop or the commissioned delivery service is entitled to leave the ordered goods on the customer's doorstep if the customer does not personally receive the order at the time of delivery. If a product is not available or only available later due to force majeure or lack of internal supplies, Rainbowshop reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or to extend the delivery times with regard to this product. Rainbowshop will inform you immediately of the unavailability or the delayed delivery period. If you do not accept any counter-offer or do not want to accept a delayed delivery notified by Rainbowshop, you can withdraw from the contract. In this case, Rainbowshop will refund any payments already made.

WARRANTY/DELIVERY TIMES/RETURNS

Rainbowshop guarantees that all ordered products leave our warehouse in perfect quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service by email (info@rainbowshop.ch). If a delivered item is damaged or does not correspond to the ordered goods, you can return this item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned to Rainbowshop in its original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. If an item is not available or only available later due to force majeure or lack of our own supplies, we reserve the right to make the buyer a replacement offer for the unavailable product. The buyer is free to accept the replacement offer or to withdraw from the purchase contract with regard to the unavailable item. Under the above conditions, Rainbowshop undertakes to refund the purchase price paid by the buyer as well as the postage costs or to deliver an equivalent other item.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Despite the greatest care, incorrect information cannot be completely ruled out. All product and price information is non-binding. Offers may only be available in limited quantities or not at all. Due to high demand, products may sell out quickly. Rainbowshop is not liable for delivery delays, unavailable products or incorrect pricing. Product adjustments are reserved. Timed offers are only valid for the specified period of time.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Orders at rainbowshop.ch are binding in accordance with the "Offer and conclusion of contract" section of these terms and conditions and the contractual partner is obliged to pay for and accept the goods. Cancellations by the contractual partner are not possible at all.

PAYMENT, DUE DATE, LATE PAYMENT

Payment for the goods is made via Paypal, Stripe, credit card or bank transfer - advance payment. If you choose the payment method «advance payment» (delivery after payment), the total amount must be paid in advance within 30 days to the following bank account at

Rainbowshop reserves the right to exclude or restrict certain payment methods and means generally or in individual cases.
Payment by sending cash or checks is unfortunately not possible. We exclude any liability in case of loss

CLOSING REMARKS

Rainbowshop is operated under the name Rainbow Switzerland Trading Goods GmbH and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed. All contracts concluded through the use of the shop, as well as these general terms and conditions, are subject to Swiss law, excluding international private law, in particular the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). The place of performance and jurisdiction is Laufen (BL). Should any provision of these general terms and conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
