WHO ARE WE?

We are Thomas and Simon – your two-person Rainbowshop.ch team

HOW DID THE IDEA FOR RAINBOWSHOP.CH COME ABOUT?

Necessity has made us inventive. It has happened again and again that we didn't have suitable clothes for an upcoming Pride, a suitable gift for a rainbow birthday, no rainbow decorations for a party and in general we only found very few items with or around the rainbow in everyday life.

We are now one of the largest rainbow/pride shops in Europe. We have a very diverse and wide range of products, which is constantly being expanded. Rainbowshop.ch now has over 360 different rainbow items and we are far from finished with expanding our range.

Pricing policy
Fair price/performance ratio (Tip: Subscribe to our newsletter and we will also give you generous discount codes from time to time)

Shipment
All items are available in our warehouse in Switzerland. We do not do dropshipping, so delivery times are very short. We guarantee that your order will be processed smoothly. Your order will usually leave our warehouse within 2 - 5 working days (once paid). (Exceptions are Sundays and public holidays). In addition, shipping is free for orders worth 10 Swiss francs or more (Switzerland) or 20 euros or more (EU countries).

Payment methods
We always strive to adapt our payment methods to your wishes and needs.
You can currently pay for your order using the following payment methods:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer or postal payment in EUR (SEPA) or CHF
  • Credit card payment in CHF and EUR
  • Apple Pay in CHF and EUR
  • Paypal payments in CHF and EUR
  • TWINT transfer in CHF and buy TWINT today and pay in 30 days
  • Currency conversion into Euro and Swiss Franc possible

SINCE WHEN HAS RAINBOWSHOP.CH EXISTED?

In 2017 we had the first idea and started researching, searching and of course shopping.
Two years later in 2019, we launched rainbowshop.ch and took the first step into the e-commerce world as a sole proprietorship.
Due to the numerous positive feedback from our environment, our community and from our many happy customers, we converted our sole proprietorship into a GmbH in 2020.

We hope we have been able to give you a little insight behind the scenes of rainbowshop.ch and wish you lots of fun browsing, discovering and shopping.
